HCA HealthONE Centennial is seeking a Pre-op PACU Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead patient care in the Pre-op and PACU. You will supervise the unit, coordinate nursing care, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team, under the unit director, overseeing shift operations and staff direction to ensure quality care and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in Colorado as a Registered Nurse or active multi-state license.
• Basic Life Support certification (AHA or Red Cross) required.
• ACLS certification required.
• PALS certification required.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Ambulatory and endoscopy experience required; management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall management for patient care in the Pre-op.
• Ensure patient care satisfaction, quality, and safety with optimal outcomes.
• Assist in evaluations, counseling, and coaching of staff.
• Participate in hiring and day-to-day supervision.
• Conduct team meetings, staff development, and education.
• Develop and evaluate performance initiatives for assigned units.
