Job summary

HCA HealthONE is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to ensure high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across the unit during shifts. This role collaborates with the management team to direct and evaluate care, serves as a resource for staff, and upholds the organization’s mission and values to support exceptional patient experiences and outcomes.

The CNC will lead admissions/discharges, assess care quality, develop staff through training, and support staffing and inventory processes.

Qualifications

• BCLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.
• Colorado DORA or multistate licensure required.
• ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions and discharges for throughput and care quality.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with the management team.
• Collaborate with managers to create teamwork for improved outcomes.
• Support patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Implement nursing strategies to improve engagement and efficiency.
• Assist with interviewing, training, and performance actions as needed.
• Support staff scheduling and labor management.
• Assist with inventory control and supplies management.

Basic Cardiac Life Support
