Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; CPR-BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Patient intake & history: room patients, take vitals, review histories, document meds, complete screening forms in EHR.
• Clinical & provider support: prepare treatment rooms, chaperone, assist during examinations and procedures.
• Orders & documentation: process provider orders, refills, prior authorizations, document data in a timely manner.
• Procedures: perform EKGs, vision/hearing screenings, point-of-care testing, phlebotomy, immunizations per policy.
• Discharge & coordination: review discharge instructions, provide resources, schedule follow-ups.
