Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Room patients for intake, measure vitals, review histories, and document meds in EHR.
• Prepare exam rooms, chaperone patients, and assist providers during examinations.
• Implement orders, document data, process refills and prior authorizations.
• Perform EKGs, vision/hearing screenings, phlebotomy, and administer immunizations.
• Review discharge instructions and coordinate referrals and follow-up visits.
