Qualifications

• Knowledgeable about surgical procedures, specifically for Clear Lens Exchange, presbyopic correcting and astigmatic correcting implant lenses.
• Ability to educate patients on their options and assist with consultations.
• Familiarity with collecting payments and processing necessary paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patients understand surgical procedures and their options.
• Communicate with patients regarding pre-op and post-op matters.
• Compile and mail information related to surgical options and financing.
• Assist with patients' applications for Care Credit as needed.
• Educate patients on surgery instructions and maintain accurate records.
