Job summary

Anderson Injury Lawyers in Fort Worth, Texas, seeks a Pre-Litigation Team Manager to lead case management from intake to settlement. You will oversee case managers and assistants, ensure timely progress, and enforce procedures for treatment, demand preparation, and lien resolution.

The role requires 3+ years in personal injury case management with supervisory experience, proficiency in Filevine, and strong organizational and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in personal injury case management with supervisory responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience in personal injury case management considered in lieu of a degree.
• Familiarity with case management software and adherence to SOPs is expected.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of case managers and assistants handling pre-litigation cases from intake through settlement.
• Monitor caseloads, aging, and file quality to identify bottlenecks and keep cases moving.
• Set performance expectations and conduct regular one-on-ones, coaching, and reviews.
• Own and enforce standard operating procedures for treatment monitoring, demand packages, lien resolution, and settlement handoff.
• Track KPIs and report team performance to firm leadership.
• Audit case files using Filevine and ensure documentation is audit-ready.
• Handle escalations from clients, providers, and internal teams promptly and professionally.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training for new pre-litigation staff.
• Identify and roll out process improvements as team and caseload grow.
