Qualifications

• Active license to practice law and in good standing in California.
• Prior Plaintiff Personal Injury experience required.
• Strong knowledge of CA personal injury laws and pre-litigation procedures.
• Demonstrated success negotiating settlements and resolving PI claims.
• Excellent written communication, and verbal negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume, high-value caseload.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadline prioritization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
• Conduct thorough case investigations to evaluate liability and damages.
• Draft, review, and finalize demand packages and other legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Maintain strong client relationships with regular communication and guidance.
