Job summary

Scion Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to manage plaintiff personal injury matters from filing through resolution in California. You will collaborate with experienced attorneys on case strategy and advocate for clients at all stages.

The role requires CA bar, strong research and writing, trial experience preferred, and ability to manage multiple cases. You will draft motions, handle discovery, coordinate with clients, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Active California license to practice law.
• Prior plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury procedures and CA laws.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Experience drafting motions, pleadings, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Strong organizational and client-relations skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff personal injury matters from filing through resolution.
• Conduct case investigations to establish liability and evaluate damages.
• Draft, file, and argue pleadings, discovery motions, and other litigation documents.
• Prepare and oppose dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment.
• Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with attorneys and legal staff.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the litigation process.
• Handle discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Advocate on behalf of clients through all stages of litigation.
