The role focuses on managing pre-litigation cases, coordinating with case managers and investigators, and communicating regularly with clients to drive favorable settlements.

The attorney will evaluate cases, coordinate with other lawyers to plan litigation if needed, and ensure deadlines and statutes are met.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the firm's pre-litigation cases with the assistance of case managers, legal assistants, and investigator.
• Maintain regular and proactive communication with clients, including providing timely updates.
• Evaluate cases and develop strategies for medical management to enhance case value and obtain maximum settlements.
• Collaborate with other attorneys to develop strategies for cases that will proceed to litigation.
• Track all statutes and deadlines and regularly audit pre-litigation cases to ensure compliance.
