Job summary

Jobot, a growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm, seeks a Pre-Litigation Director to lead its Pasadena pre-litigation team. This hands-on role drives case progression, mentors case managers, paralegals and staff, and upholds high standards across the process.

Responsibilities include optimizing workflows, guiding attorneys on liability and settlements, and maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience handling plaintiff‑side personal injury cases, particularly motor vehicle accident claims.
• Prior leadership or management experience overseeing a pre‑litigation team.
• Strong understanding of liability, damages, medical treatment, insurance coverage, and personal injury settlement practices.
• Excellent case evaluation and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently guide and mentor attorneys and support staff.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growing law firm environment.
• Hands‑on leadership style with a willingness to jump into cases and help staff solve problems.
