Qualifikationen

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• At least 3 years experience in pre-litigation, personal injury case management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Oversee and manage the firm's pre-litigation cases with the assistance of case managers, legal assistants, and investigators
• Maintain regular and proactive communication with clients, including providing timely updates
• Evaluate cases and develop strategies for medical management to enhance case value and obtain maximum settlements

• Track all statutes and deadlines and regularly audit pre-litigation cases to ensure compliance
