Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting LLC seeks an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Paralegal to support a busy legal team handling PI matters from intake through settlement. The role requires meticulous organization, direct client interaction, and thorough case management.

You will gather medical records, coordinate with insurers and providers, draft demand packages, track deadlines, and assist attorneys with settlements. Competitive salary based on experience and health insurance offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant handling personal injury pre-litigation matters.
• Familiarity with personal injury claims, medical records, insurance claims, and settlement demands.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and client service.
• Proficiency with legal case management software and standard office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters throughout the pre-litigation process.
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other involved parties.
• Obtain and organize medical records, medical bills, and supporting documentation.
• Track treatment progress, follow up on outstanding records and maintain accurate case files.
• Prepare demand packages and settlement demands for attorney review.
• Monitor deadlines, insurance claim status, and important case developments.
• Assist with settlement negotiations, lien resolution, and settlement documentation.
• Provide attorneys with case updates and ensure files remain organized and moving forward.
