Priority Staffing is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to independently manage PI cases from intake through trial or settlement. The ideal candidate handles pre-litigation and litigation milestones, drafts pleadings, and coordinates with attorneys, clients, and experts in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong drafting, impeccable grammar, calendar control, and knowledge of discovery and medical records management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal.
• Strong understanding of personal injury timelines, damages, and discovery.
• Excellent organizational and deadline-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Track statute of limitations, deadlines, and court-ordered dates.
• Maintain complete electronic and physical case files.
• Monitor medical treatment progression to ensure maturity before resolution.
• Understand and manage liens.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence with minimal oversight.
• Prepare complaints, motions, subpoenas, deposition notices, and settlement filings.
• Assist with trial prep including binders and exhibit lists.
• Handle e-filing in state courts; federal court is a bonus.
• Coordinate with opposing counsel, court staff, and experts.
