Responsibilities

• Manage pre-litigation cases from post-intake to resolution.
• Draft and revise legal documents, such as demands, proposals, settlements, and correspondence.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, adjusters, and providers to gather information and provide updates.
• Review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation for case evaluation and settlement prep.
• Coordinate scheduling of client meetings, medical appointments, and negotiations.
• Conduct legal and factual research to support strategy and jurisdictional compliance.
• Utilize case management software to maintain organized files and document activities.
