SARGON LAW GROUP seeks an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to support pre-litigation and litigation matters in Phoenix, AZ. The role requires meticulous case management, strong communication with clients, medical providers, and insurers, and the ability to handle a high-volume caseload.

You will assist attorneys with drafting pleadings, organizing records, reviewing medical bills, and coordinating settlement efforts from intake through resolution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal in a pre-litigation and litigation role.
• Strong understanding of personal injury claims and processes.
• Experience with medical records, medical bills, insurance claims, and settlement demands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement and/or litigation.
• Communicate with clients regarding case status and claim development.
• Obtain, organize, and review medical records and billing documentation.
• Monitor medical treatment and follow up with providers.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters and defense representatives.
• Prepare settlement demand packages and supporting exhibits.
• Maintain accurate electronic case files and track deadlines.
