Responsibilities

• Manage pre-litigation cases from intake to settlement, including client onboarding and documentation.
• Evaluate claims by reviewing medical records, liability, and damages; develop case plans.
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, physicians, and witnesses; provide regular case updates.
• Draft and review demand letters, settlement agreements, and discovery responses.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers and opposing parties; participate in mediations and depositions.
