Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Director to oversee and lead its pre-litigation operations in Southern California. This hands-on leadership role will manage case managers, paralegals, legal assistants, and related specialists while ensuring cases advance efficiently and meet high standards.

Significant plaintiff-side PI experience, strong leadership ability, and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury cases, particularly motor vehicle accident claims.
• Prior leadership or management experience overseeing a pre-litigation team.
• Strong understanding of liability, damages, medical treatment, insurance coverage, and personal injury settlement practices.
• Excellent case evaluation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and mentor attorneys and support staff.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing law firm environment.
• Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to jump into cases and help staff solve problems.
