You will synthesize medical records, police reports, and witness statements for inclusion in demands, working closely with attorneys and the litigation team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, English, or related field.
• AP style knowledge preferred.
• Experience in a plaintiff personal injury firm preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Draft demand letters for liability, PIP, and UIM using all available data.
• Summarize and synthesize file documents (medical records, police reports, witness statements) for demands.
• Edit demands and documents per AP, AMA, and WLG Style Guide.
• Maintain an accurate archive of edited and unedited drafts.
• Communicate with attorneys and litigation teams to understand information for cases.
