Responsibilities

• Manage a pre-litigation docket of personal injury cases in Dallas, from intake to settlement.
• Evaluate liability, coverage, and damages and advise on case progression.
• Guide treatment by coordinating with paralegals and providers to build the medical record.
• Build demand packages, test liability, coverage, and med‑legal facts before sending to clients.
• Direct negotiations with adjusters to maximize recovery while preserving client interests.
• Protect clients' net by reviewing distributions and liens with lien specialists.
• Lead and mentor assigned paralegals and assistants to maintain high standards of work.
• Maintain clear, compassionate communication with clients about treatment, progress, and settlement options.
