We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with a proven track record in civil litigation, personal injury litigation, and ideally a bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. As an integral part of our legal team, you will represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrations, and manage all phases of litigation from investigation and pleadings through trial, settlement, and appeal. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of litigation experience with a strong emphasis on personal injury cases.
