Job Details

A large, statewide personal injury practice is hiring an experienced Attorney Manager to lead and scale a team of 4–6 trial attorneys and their support staff. This is a hands‑on leadership role spanning the full case lifecycle, strategy sessions, case evaluation, demand letters, settlement negotiation, filing and managing litigation, written discovery, medical record review, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation through resolution.

Ideal candidates bring a strong personal injury trial background (5+ jury trials preferred, plaintiff or defense) and proven experience building or leading litigation teams. A J.D. and active Texas Bar license are required.
