Location:

Typically, M-F 9-5 with flexibility; travel and driving to locations are required. Availability outside regular hours and some weekends may be necessary depending on investigations and client meetings.

Pay:

$100K/year – $160K/year

Job Responsibilities:

• Work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Draft court documents with attention to detail
• Gather and compile evidence, including medical records, bills, and loss of earnings documentation
• Negotiate claims
• Follow up with clients
• Appear in court for hearings
• Evaluate liability and insurance coverage in pre-litigation cases
• Build and maintain client relationships, communicate effectively with clients and families
• Conduct investigations, collect evidence, analyze claims and liability
• Perform legal research and case law analysis
• Draft government claim forms and demand letters
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and draft correspondence

Minimum Requirements:

• Licensed attorney in California
• Comfortable meeting clients on-site and off-site
• Flexible travel and working hours
• Ability to discuss cases with experts
• Creative, flexible, and collaborative mindset
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
