Duties:

Represent clients in commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution

Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs for state and federal court proceedings

Conduct legal research and formulate litigation strategies

Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations

Communicate with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel

Analyze documents, contracts, and evidence to build compelling cases

Support senior attorneys with trial preparation and courtroom presentations

Contribute to business development efforts and client relationship management

Requirements:

Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar

2-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial litigation

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple case files independently

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
