Cruser Mitchell is a collegial, mid-sized insurance defense firm with offices in eight states. Our firm is renowned for defending professional liability claims (including insurance agents/brokers, attorneys, architects, etc.), employment practices liability, wage/hour disputes, construction defect litigation, premises liability, and auto/trucking liability. We are looking to expand our Los Angeles team of attorneys to meet the increasing demand from our clients.
We are seeking an associate litigator with a minimum of two (2) years of solid civil litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with pre-complaint investigations, case analysis, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing and arguing law and motion, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation. Candidates should possess the skills to develop and implement efficient strategies to resolve claims against our clients. Team members will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of the firm’s practice, including trials, mediations, counseling, and advice across a wide range of legal areas.
Requirements include a J.D. degree and current good standing with the California State Bar.
Our modern, bright Los Angeles offices are located in the Financial District and welcome in-person applicants. The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000, along with other benefits.
