Vanderbilt University is seeking a Pre-Law Advising Coordinator to support the Pre-Law Advisor in organizing opportunities for pre-law students and preparing for law school applications. The coordinator collaborates with internal and external partners to offer dynamic programming and to foster undergraduate internships in the legal field.

Formación

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
• Experience in a higher education setting or law firm recruiting team is preferred.
• Strong written (including editing and proofreading) and verbal communication skills and attention to detail is required.
• Experience coordinating academic programs is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
• Willingness to perform light lifting and to work in-person in Nashville, TN with flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain program files.
• Coordinate with pre-law student organizations and campus partners.
• Act as liaison with Career Center and law school for internships and opportunities.
• Track and analyze Pre-Law resources and allocate appropriately.
• Maintain Pre-Law newsletters and marketing materials.
• Manage room reservations, catering, and logistical support for programming.
• Plan and execute Law Week in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records and law school applications.
• Design event content and promotional materials; post information to campus platforms.
