Job summary

Villanova University is seeking an Assistant Director for Career Development & Pre-Law Advising to counsel students and recent alumni on career choices, job searches, and law school preparation.

You will lead Career Center services, create programs, and collaborate with faculty and staff to expand pre-law opportunities across the campus, ensuring inclusive outreach and proactive advising.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required. Bachelor's + experience may be considered in lieu of graduate degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in education, HR, nonprofit, or related field.
• Experience in event coordination and programming.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and coach students and alumni in career development and law school prep.
• Develop and deliver career programs, events, and workshops.
• Collaborate with campus partners and law admissions professionals to provide resources and guidance.
