Job summary

Fort Worth ISD is seeking a Pre-Kindergarten teacher for a pool position. The role focuses on evidence-based early childhood instruction aligned with TEA Pre-K guidelines, delivering rigorous, data-driven instruction and creating a safe, engaging learning environment.

You will design sequential, developmentally appropriate lessons, differentiate instruction, monitor progress, and engage families to support student growth. Position may be grant-funded and contingent on funds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Major in Child Development/Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate or approval in an ACP with prerequisites.
• Experience in diverse, inner-city school settings preferred.
• English language proficiency; ESL certification preferred.
