Job summary

Ampact's Early Learning Corps is seeking an Early Learning Tutor to work in a pre-kindergarten classroom, helping students build early literacy and math skills with proven activities and coaching. You will collaborate with a teacher and support daily learning through talking, reading, writing, singing, and play.

We provide training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to contribute to a community-focused effort.

Qualifications

• Reliability and good attendance.
• Ability to accept feedback and improve.
• Proficient with email and basic online tools.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Be a caring adult focused on helping students thrive.
• Support preschoolers with learning activities throughout the day.
• Track student progress and meet with the on-site coach.
• Enter student scores into tracking software.
• Commit to your own growth through coaching and training.
• Share your experience with the community.
