Qualifications

• 2-5 years of previous experience in licensed childcare or preschool setting.
• Ability to create relationships with children, parents, and faculty.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Write and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on CT ELDS.
• Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintain communication with parents regarding child’s progress.
• Supervise children during activities to ensure safety.
