Qualifications

• Experience in Early Childhood Education (3+ years preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field.
• Ability to collaborate with assistant teachers in a team.
• Strong in positive classroom management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support Pre-K/Preschool teaching with developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Collaborate with age-group teams across Infant to School-Age classrooms.
• Implement engaging, play-based learning experiences.
• Contribute to planning and school-year preparation.
