Soliant is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support Pre‑K students in a school-based setting. This full‑time, on‑site contract runs ASAP through May 21, 2027, with opportunities to impact student development through therapy, evaluations, and IEP work.

The role emphasizes hands-on assessments, individualized plans, and collaboration with educators and families to foster early communication skills. On-site only; remote options are not available for this assignment.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina SLP license required.
• CCC-SLP certification required.
• Preference for Pre-K or early childhood experience.
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities.

Responsabilités

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to Pre‑K students in a school-based setting.
• Complete thorough assessments for students as assigned (including testing-only roles).
• Develop IEPs and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs.
• Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies accordingly.
