Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract position in an elementary school, with an immediate start through May 2027. You will support a pediatric caseload of 45-50 students, working 37.5 hours per week in a dedicated school setting.

Responsibilities include diagnostic assessments, IEP development, collaboration with teachers, parents, and a multidisciplinary team, plus documentation and family education.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active SLP license and CCC or CFY status required.
• Experience in school settings, especially with elementary-age students.
• Knowledge of pediatric language disorders, AAC, and IEP development.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Healthcare-related SLP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver diagnostic assessments and therapy for students with communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress, and interventions.
• Provide education and resources to families and faculty as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and actively contribute to student support strategies.
