Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a Pre-K Childcare Site Director for our Elsinboro Township School location for the 2026–2027 school year. The role is part-time and non-exempt, with programs available morning and/or afternoon, aligned to the school calendar.

You will lead the before- and after-school program, manage staff, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for children aged 3–12. This is ideal for education majors, current teachers, or those seeking hands-on leadership in a mission-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferably Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or similar).
• 1–3 years of experience working with children in school, childcare, camp, or youth program setting.
• 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with before- and after-school program environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of state childcare licensing or school-age care regulations is helpful but not required.
• Calm, flexible, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to pass required background and fingerprint clearances.
