Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a Pre-K Childcare Site Director for our Before and After School Programs at our Quinton Township Elementary School location for the 2026–2027 school year.

The role follows the school calendar with morning and afternoon sessions; Opportunities available for morning, afternoon, or both programs. This is a part-time, non-exempt position with hourly pay of $20.00–$22.00 and employer-paid childcare.

SCHEDULE:

Follows the school calendar

Morning Program: 6:45 - 8:30 am

Afternoon Program: 2:45 - 5:45 pm

• Staffing: The site is fully staffed every day; teachers are prepared, supported, and showing up for the kids
• Compliance: The site operates in ratio at all times; records are accurate and current; the program is ready for inspection on any given day
• Inventory: The site is well-stocked with the supplies and materials teachers need; nothing runs out mid‑week; restocking happens before it becomes a problem

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
