Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for our Before and After School Program at Park Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year.

The role emphasizes regulatory leadership, program and staff supervision, and coordination with families and school administration. This part-time, non-exempt position offers school-hour schedules and employer-provided childcare benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Experience supervising staff and overseeing programs.
• Knowledge of school-age childcare best practices.
• Understanding of child safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with PA DHS/OCDEL school-age regulations.
• Maintain child and staff files, attendance records, and required documentation onsite.
• Keep the program organized and audit-ready.
• Lead engaging activities and supervise children and staff, including playground oversight.
• Maintain safe staff-to-child ratios and strong behavior management.
• Oversee daily attendance, registration, and scheduling.
• Serve as liaison between families, school administration, and the Healthy Kids main office.
• Communicate clearly using the Playground App.
