Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for our Before and After School Program at Park Elementary School in Columbia, PA for the 2026–2027 school year.

This part-time, non-exempt role leads activities, supervises staff, ensures safety, maintains records, and coordinates with families and the school. Employer-paid childcare is provided on work days, plus a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree options plus relevant experience with children under 13.
• Pass background check including fingerprinting and reference checks.
• Medically fit to perform job duties including clear TB.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with PA DHS/OCDEL school-age regulations.
• Maintain child and staff files, attendance records, and required documentation on site.
• Lead engaging activities and supervise children and staff with playground oversight.
• Oversee daily attendance, registration and scheduling; liaise with families and school.
