Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a Pre-K Childcare Site Director for our before- and after-school programs at Elsinboro Township School for the 2026–2027 school year. This role focuses on safe, engaging activities for children, staff leadership, and program quality in alignment with district policies.

We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's degree, 1–3 years of experience with children, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Employer-paid childcare and benefits support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience working with children in a school, childcare, camp, or youth program setting.
• 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with before- and after-school program environments a plus.
• Knowledge of state childcare licensing or school-age care regulations helpful but not required.
• Calm, flexible, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to pass required background and fingerprint clearances.
