Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with progress toward an associate degree or CDA; six hours per year if pursuing an associate degree.
• For Title I schools, comply with ESSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in instructional activities and maintain a safe, caring classroom environment.
• Support individual students or small groups in all curricular areas as directed.
• Assist with planning, organizing, and preparing materials for lessons.
• Coordinate and maintain required reports and confidentiality per FERPA.
• Supervise students and support health-related needs as required.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff for program goals and professional development.
• Assist with administrative tasks and ensure smooth classroom operations.
