Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a Pre‑K Childcare Assistant for our Before and After School Program at Beekman Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year.

Beekman Elementary School in Poughquag, NY offers a part-time schedule following the school calendar, with morning and/or afternoon shifts. The role supports children's learning through play, maintains safety, and collaborates with families and staff to deliver engaging activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, reliability.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum (fitness, STEAM, academic, art, homework).
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment; act as a positive role model for children.
• Observe state guidelines, program policies, and host school policies.
• Support program operations, including attendance, registration, and staffing.
