Learning Care Group in Michigan is seeking a GSRP Associate Teacher to support a high‑quality, play‑based classroom preparing 4‑year‑olds for kindergarten.

As an Associate Teacher, you’ll support the Lead Teacher with daily lessons, observe child development, and help maintain a safe, engaging classroom. We value compassionate, curious educators and offer benefits, flexible schedules, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or Child Development (Or a valid CDA with plan to complete an associate degree).
• Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.
• Ability to meet state licensing and GSRP requirements.
• Team player with a passion for early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing daily lessons using an approved GSRP curriculum.
• Assist in observing and assessing children’s development using approved tools.
• Help maintain a safe, engaging, and organized classroom.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Participate in family engagement activities, staff meetings, and required professional development.
