The Learning Care group is hiring a State Pre-K Assistant Teacher to support 4-year-olds in a licensed preschool program. You will follow state licensing guidelines while delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that prepare children for Kindergarten.

We value caring, curiosity, and teamwork. The role emphasizes observation, family communication, and ongoing training to improve early childhood education outcomes.

Qualificações

• Associates in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related or an active CDA in Preschool.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Able to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilidades

• Instruct 4-year olds per program requirements and prepare children for Kindergarten.
• Follow licensing guidelines, company standards and grant program requirements to care for children daily.
• Develop skills to observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate with families.
• Complete training and implement curriculum with engaging, age-appropriate activities.
