Qualifications

• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on child care, preschool and development topics.

Responsibilities

• Instruct 4-year-olds per program requirements.
• Observe, assess and plan for each child, documenting progress.
• Engage families with regular, clear communication about child development.
• Implement curriculum and create interactive, age-appropriate learning experiences for children.
