Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a State Pre-K Assistant Teacher to support 4-year-olds in a licensed childcare center, following program requirements and licensing guidelines.

You will observe and plan for children, communicate with families, complete training, and create a caring, energetic learning environment that prepares students for Kindergarten.

This role offers growth opportunities through our Master Teacher Program and related training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Follow all licensing guidelines, company standards and grant program requirements to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training that provides insight on child care, preschool and development topics.

Responsibilities

• Instruct 4-year-olds based on needs of each child and program requirements.
• Follow licensing guidelines and grant program requirements for daily care of every child.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate with families effectively.
• Create engaging curriculums and interactive learning experiences for students.
