Job summary

Learning Care Corporation seeks a Florida-based State Pre-K Assistant Teacher to guide 4-year-olds through developmentally appropriate activities aligning with program requirements and Kindergarten readiness.

You will follow licensing guidelines, observe and communicate with families, and implement a creative curriculum in a nurturing, safe setting. We value caring, curiosity, and teamwork with flexible schedules and supportive, engaging work.

Qualifications

• Associates in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related or an active CDA in Preschool.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Instruct 4-year-olds according to program requirements to prepare for Kindergarten.
• Follow licensing guidelines, company standards and grant program requirements to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children and effectively communicate with families.
• Implement curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.
