Job summary

ALL 4 ONE in Springfield, Vermont is hiring Afterschool Program Staff (Pre-K AM/PM) to support a before/after-school and summer program. You will supervise children (Pre-K–6) and lead activities while guiding Aides and Volunteers in the classroom.

The role requires attendance support, safe supervision, and participation in required trainings. Starting immediately, the position offers a pay rate of $21.02–$22.28 per hour and involves school-year plus scheduling.

Qualifications

• Be eighteen years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent and after one program year required to have.
• CPR-First Aid certification is required or within 3 months to complete

Responsibilities

• Perform routine functions to support daily operations including daily attendance and instructional support.
• Supervise Afterschool Aides/Volunteers in the classroom.
• Provide safe, caring, engaged environment and stay in close proximity to students.
• Assist on field trips and be able to walk daily 2 miles during program hours.
• Follow local policy and procedures for educational requirements and operations.
