Job summary

ALL 4 ONE is seeking an Afterschool Program Staff to supervise and engage children from kindergarten through grade 6 in afterschool, summer, and related programs in Springfield, VT.

The role emphasizes safety, positive role modeling, and collaboration with aides and volunteers. Applicants should be at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent and be prepared for required trainings and certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR-First Aid Certification or able to obtain within 3 months.
• Enthusiasm, responsibility and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Afterschool Aides/Volunteers in the classroom.
• Provide safe, caring, engaged environment and stay with students.
• Assist on daily field trips; walking or bus; must be able to walk 2 miles during program hours.
• Follow local policies and procedures for educational requirements and building operations.
• Participate in required in-service training and prep hours for DCC and STARS regulations.
