Job summary

Goodwill NYNJ is seeking a Youth Skills Trainer Supervisor (YST Supervisor) to lead the delivery of Pre-ETS services for high schools across New York City. The role involves coordinating Pre-ETS classes, building partnerships with ACCES-VR, and supervising program staff to ensure high-quality services.

You will develop and expand Pre-ETS initiatives, work with schools and community partners, and oversee Work Based Learning Experiences that provide paid internship opportunities for transitioning

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate services across multiple schools and locations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present and engage diverse audiences.
• Experience working with youth and/or individuals with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand transition services with high schools, ACCES-VR, students with disabilities, and partners.
• Build Pre-ETS initiatives across New York City high schools to support students’ transition to adulthood.
• Coordinate staff schedules and activities to ensure coverage across multiple schools and sites.
• Train, supervise, and support Youth Skills Trainers and other staff.
• Monitor service delivery, attendance, and documentation to meet ACCES-VR requirements.
