Utah Workforce Services is seeking a Pre-ETS Instructor I to support students with disabilities (ages 14–21) in job exploration, work-based learning experiences, and workplace readiness in Provo, Utah. This full-time role collaborates with VR staff and LEAs to provide training and guidance.

The role requires a high school diploma, classroom training experience, and the ability to build partnerships. Preference for an Associate degree in Human Services or related field.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with students with disabilities.
• Experience delivering training in a classroom or group setting.
• Experience developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners.
• Criminal history check clearance required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide workshops and trainings to students in individual and classroom settings.
• Assist VR Counselors and LEAs in coordinating work-based learning and internships.
• Identify students needing ongoing support and refer to vocational rehabilitation.
• Educate students on post-secondary training opportunities.
• Conduct outreach to school personnel, students with disabilities, families and partners.
• Coordinate with state agencies and community partners.
• Assist with career fairs, mentoring events and job shadowing activities.
• Collect, track and report information on students served in a database.

High school diploma or equivalent
