Job summary

Consciousness Incorporated in Los Angeles is seeking a Pre-Development Manager to lead feasibility, entitlements and client coordination on housing projects, including senior-housing pilots.

You will manage feasibility studies, early-stage funding coordination and hand clean scopes to design and engineering teams, ensuring alignment with LIHTC, HUD and public grant requirements. Based in or relocating to Los Angeles, you will drive projects from concept to approval.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in real-estate development, predevelopment or public housing delivery.
• Experience with publicly financed or affordable/senior housing.
• Comfort with pro-formas, entitlements and agency processes.

As Pre-Development Manager in Los Angeles, you lead feasibility, entitlements and client coordination on housing-authority and institutional work — including our senior-housing pilot.

What you'll do
