Job summary

Clearway Energy Group is seeking a Pre-Construction Analyst to support early-stage development through handoff to construction. You will work across Development, Engineering, and Procurement, reviewing feasibility, schedules, budgets, and safety/compliance requirements.

The role supports multiple projects from San Francisco to other offices and may involve travel. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in renewable energy or utility solar/battery projects, with strong cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience in renewable energy construction or development projects.
• Ability to work with multiple internal/external teams to drive initiatives.
• Strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Review site feasibility and early designs for efficiency and feasibility.
• Analyze schedules with EPC timelines and equipment deliveries.
• Evaluate site risks, safety plans, budgets, and EPC contract terms.
• Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to align on milestones.
• Support pre-construction budget management and invoicing review.
• Communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders.
